Portland Public Schools
The Portland Public School District ESPC includes new lighting and controls, new HVAC equipment and controls and new plumbing fixtures across a building area of approximately 1.6 million square feet. These improvements will reduce energy and water costs while improving the learning environment.
City of Olympia
Through an energy savings performance contract (ESPC), the City of Olympia was able to upgrade the energy infrastructure for buildings dating back to the 1960s during a time of tight budgets. Dramatic reductions in energy and water use will provide ongoing benefits to the city.
